Biography

I’m an Italian-Danish painter shaped by two decades in New York City.

I returned to Europe at the end of 2020, and over the past years I’ve lived and worked between Denmark, Italy and Portugal now Barcelona, Spain.

Urbanimal began in Brooklyn, New York, in 2013.

The idea of painting on trucks came from a desire to bring my art into public space. These moving vehicles became a powerful way to share my work throughout the streets of NYC.

I soon started participating in group exhibitions within the local street art scene, where I had the honor of meeting many inspiring artists and people.

In 2020, when the pandemic hit, I made the radical decision to return to Europe. Adjusting to a completely different lifestyle pushed me to grow in new ways.

During that time, I decided to build this website myself as a platform to share my art and energy with you.
